Oliver Szasz is a professor, researcher, and facilitator specializing in design theory, methodologies, and transdisciplinary communication. Since 2011, he has been leading the international Master’s programme in Design Management at Macromedia University. His research explores the intersections of art, design, and science, with a focus on innovation culture, transformative processes, and collaborative knowledge creation. Alongside his academic career, he co-founded several ventures and an NGO promoting design thinking in organizations, integrating design-led, arts-based, and agile approaches to address complex challenges.
