People – Nature – Future Talk Series:

In this presentation, Prof. Dr. Aletta Bonn talks about the close link of biodiversity with health and wellbeing. She explains the concept of ecosystem services as nature’s contributions to people. Specifically, the mental health and wellbeing impacts of biodiversity will is highlighted with various current research results. She also links to policy, urban planning and management and discusses how nature conservation can be understood as a proactive health measure.
